I am a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Mobility, Balance, Youth Exercise, Corrective Exercise, Sports Performance, Flexibility, and so on. I’ve been in the industry for 8 years. I love to help people reach their goals and go beyond where they ever thought possible. I love to run, participate in ocrs, paddle board, be outside, the beach, paint, draw, cook, bake, sew. I am a mom of 6 kiddos. Most are not really kiddos anymore. Lol But love the soccer mom life! I also do some modeling on the side, but would really like to get into that more. If I can help you reach a goal or just want to bounce some ideas off me I would love to chat.
