Hello, please tell me more about vegetarianism. I actively go in for sports and I need a lot of protein. If I become a vegetarian, will my muscle structure suffer? How to competently switch to vegetarianism for an athlete and how to replace meat products?
Vegetarianism is simple, harmless and calming as you are not harming any animals. Add a lot of cereals,pulses, legumes like chickpeas, black chickpeas, soybeans if you are not allergic! Add these to your diet in proportions divided in different times of the day! Start with what you like in vegetables like onions etc who doesn't like onions? Slowly start moving away from meat with alternate looking food like beet Curry, burgers or sandwiches etc. Thanks!
