The first thing I can advise you is to be fully examined by a professional doctor. He will give recommendations on the load. Then you can plan your workouts. I'll tell my story.
This summer was exactly one year since I recovered from an Achilles tendon rupture. I'm posting a short video from the workout.
As you can see, I'm jumping again, it seems even not bad. Does this mean that I have fully recovered? I would not say. There are still small physical limitations and a few psychological ones, but they are also decreasing.
How was I able to return to more or less normal parkour training? No way, everything was restored. Just kidding, of course, it doesn’t happen like that, in general, nothing just happens like that. This is the result of my own efforts, the work of doctors, and of course the support of family and friends.
Good luck!
